Returns

Product returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. Southwest Science’s primary concern is potential biological cross-contamination from a returned instrument. For Southwest Science to consider a product for return, the product must not have been used with biologicals in any way, and must be in it’s original box with all accessories and components. The company returning the product will need to complete a Southwest Science-supplied certificate attesting that no biologicals were used in or on the product. This certificate will need to be signed by a company officer.
